I mean that there's no Score in this world. Or any of the other worlds I've heard about from the people who've been brought here. Even Fonons seem to be limited just to Auldrant, even though Fonic Artes still work here.

Of the worlds I've heard about from the people here, that's how it seems. There's always the possibility other worlds may have something similar, but...

[Other worlds like those strange alternate-universe experiments... though whether those were the result of actual worlds crossing into Luceti or the Malnosso simply implanting fake memories is anyone's guess.]

[When Sync makes his way to the plaza, he will find Van sitting on the edge of the fountain and looking about 1/3 dead, which is actually a vast improvement from the 7/8 dead he was earlier this month. If he would like to take this opportunity to bask in someone else's misfortune, he has a few moments. Van's eyes are closed. (Not that this means he is in any way unaware of his surroundings.)

He also has a spare coat draped across his lap. Not that this means he is in any way concerned about Sync's comfort. It's just that he doesn't want anyone to see them and think he isn't.]

[Aha- just as he thought. He ignores Sync's apparent lack of concern over this development - frankly, he'd have been alarmed if he'd heard some sort of regret or grief in the replica's voice anyway - and focuses on the situation they're in. Sync died. And he's aware of the fact that Sync died after he did. So this complicates matters.]

People arrive in this place at different stages of their lives. Van's from well before my replica's assault on the Absorption Gate. He's not interested in hearing about his future, or anyone else's.
