[There's a part of Ion that would love right away to accept that offer. The chance to speak with and perhaps really get to know the original Ion? Feelings of unease aside, to think he would have the chance to do that here... it would be incredible. There's so many things they could talk about, so many things Ion still doesn't know about his predecessor, so many things they could learn...!]

Ah, actually, we were just coming to the clinic to rest for awhile. The drugs the malnosso used to sedate us were rather strong, and they make moving difficult until the effects wear off.

[Which probably explains why Ion is more or less holding Sync up over here. Naturally the angrier of the two received a higher dose.]
