[It had actually been a few days since he'd come back to Luceti. After his initial rage, he had just decided to stay out of the way. He didn't want to talk to anyone, didn't want to deal with anyone...

But that, of course, wasn't going to last forever. He couldn't get things he needed without going in public, which meant running into people he didn't want to run into.

Ion in a wheelchair, though...that was something he didn't expect to see. There was a moment of "was it really him?" But it was completely impossible to mistake Ion for someone else; because really. He was him, in a way. Brothers, a twisted idea for a family, whatever.

He was quiet, when he approached him though. Ion seemed to be minding his own business--it would be so easy to do. And the temptation was pretty much overwhelming. How could he pass this up, when the opportunity was right there, as if handed to him on a silver platter?

Hopefully he just won't get grounded this time. YOLO!!

He creeps up behind Ion, bent on making it being a surprise, really. Sync could be quiet when he wanted to be; so hopefully he wouldn't be caught.

3...2...1--AND there he goes, tipping Ion out of his wheelchair in as swift of a move as possible. He laughs as he does so, mischief glinting in his eyes.

Okay, maybe he had kind of missed messing with Ion. Help the poor soul?]

((ooc: ion and sync will both be responding to this! characters can intervene right after Ion falls or while Sync is destroying the wheelchair (which will be happening as well). Just specify when!

edit: ALSO i didn't specify but Sync is in fact wearing a mask. So characters might not know immediately that he and Ion resemble each other.))

[Really, the only reason Perona is actually helping this wicked twin or whatever is because the one she likes asked her to. If she were alone, or in her right mind, this second boy would have been left to bleed on his own. Possibly without that precious arm of his. He got what he deserved as far as she's concerned.

When he tries to move away, she grabs his shoulder firmly and jerks him back toward her to inspect the damage. Stupid boy, she's doing you a favor - you are going to sit still, be quiet, and take it.]

I'm no doctor, but the wound isn't necessarily fatal, from what I can tell...if it's tended to appropriately. And quickly. You'll need stitches, and a sling I think, but you're actually very lucky my dog missed an artery, or you'd have been dead already. [She smirks, despite herself.]

[It was a surprising to hear that Ion actually raised his voice, and he yelps again when Perona jerks him back towards her.

Does she think that death would intimidate him?]

[At seeing a spell, he tries to move, thinking it'll be an attack.

But instead, he finds himself frozen in mid run, almost looking like he was thinking about rolling from the spell.

Too bad it's kind of hard for a spell like Halt to miss.]

[If Sync is trying to be intimidating, it's not really working right now. Though he's doing well to hide it, to deny Sync the satisfaction, he's definitely angry right now -- but in truth, the people he's really angry at aren't Sync. After all, it didn't do much good to be angry at the Malnosso, right? Sync just made a convenient target for that anger.]

Are you asking because you want to know what it's like? Have you never been so vulnerable before?

The question does make him pause though, though he probably looks like he's just about to kick Ion in the head. Not that his expression is easily seen, but his fists are clenching and his jaw is tightening.

Maybe he'd never lost any use of his limbs, but he does remember being vulnerable. And he'd never go back to that either. Ever.]

[His fists shake at his sides; Sync is certainly succeeding with the antagonizing, and Luke looks about like he wants to land his fist squarely in the other's face. That urge definitely wouldn't be so bad if it weren't Ion, but seeing how it is...

He shuts his eyes and turns back to Ion, still tensed, then tilts his head to keep talking to Sync. He's staying alert, just in case Sync uses that opportunity to attack.]

I'm not going to fight you, so just get out.
